In Short: We collect the account and invoice information you provide, information from your sign-in provider, the content of the messages you send us, and basic technical data.
We collect personal information that you provide when you register for and use the Services, when you send us a text message, and when you correspond with us. The personal information we collect may include:
Information about your clients. When you create an invoice, you may provide information about your clients (such as their name, email address, phone number, and the amounts you are billing them). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide your clients' information to us for the purpose of creating and delivering invoices.

In Short: We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, to communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law.
We process your personal information for the following purposes:
In Short: Yes. We use AI to parse the invoice details you submit into a structured invoice. Parsing is stateless, and we do not use your data to train AI models.
As part of our Services, we use artificial intelligence to parse the natural-language invoice details you submit (whether by SMS or through the dashboard) and extract structured information such as client details, line items, rates, dates, and payment terms.
We provide these AI features through third-party service providers, including Google Vertex AI (primary) and DeepSeek (fallback). To enable parsing, the invoice text you submit is sent to these providers. You must not submit content that violates the terms or policies of these providers or that you do not have the right to share.
AI parsing is stateless: each parse is processed independently and is not used to build a profile of you or to personalize results. We do not use your personal information or invoice content to train the AI models used by these providers. Your information is otherwise handled in line with this Privacy Notice and our agreements with these providers.
In Short: We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, plus any period required to comply with our legal obligations.
We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active and for as long as necessary to provide the Services, to maintain business and tax records relating to invoices, and to meet our legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. Because invoices are business and financial records, we may retain invoice and account data for a reasonable period after you stop using the Services to the extent permitted or required by law.
When we no longer have a legitimate business or legal need to keep your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it. Where this is not immediately possible (for example, because the information resides in backup archives), we will securely store it and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.
In Short: We aim to protect your personal information using reasonable technical and organizational security measures.
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that unauthorized parties will never be able to defeat our security. You access and use the Services at your own risk, and you should do so within a secure environment.

At this time, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized, and we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals.
